Grace Abercrombie

Grace (she/her) has been dancing for almost 15 years, and enjoys both performing herself and watching others perform. She hopes to help broaden the horizons of the dance industry, so that a wider range of people can get involved with movement in all its varied forms. Grace is inspired by all kinds of art, and enjoys photography, reading and writing in her spare time.

“I want to begin to deconstruct the stigma of elitism and exclusivity which has so long surrounded the dance industry, and ballet in particular, allowing a wider range of people from all backgrounds and abilities to participate in ballet. I am particularly focussed on the experiences of neurodivergent dancers and the issues surrounding accessibility in dancing, as a neurodivergent individual myself.”
