Patricia Castanha

Patricia Castanha is a fundraising management consultant with a wealth of experience in both revenue and capital fundraising, primarily in the arts and heritage sectors.  She began her working life as a dancer with the National Ballet of Portugal and London City Ballet. A career change led to ten years in the fundraising teams of English National Opera, Aldeburgh Festival, Tate and the London Philharmonic Orchestra, followed in 2002 by a move into consultancy.  Her clients since then comprise national and regional performing and visual arts organisations, including English National Ballet and ENB School, London Symphony Orchestra, Yorkshire Sculpture Park, Royal Academy of Music and Leeds International Piano Competition, as well as heritage properties such as St Martin-in-the-Fields, Lambeth Palace Library, Chelsea Physic Garden, Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery and St John’s Smith Square.
