Sally Phoenix
Sally has worked as an English and Drama teacher in secondary education for 35 years; she has taught in a variety of settings including an Australian high school, an all-girls school and a large comprehensive school in South London.
Sally has been Head of Expressive Arts, English and Drama during almost 20 years at The Royal Ballet School. She taught Expressive Arts for 10 years and, when the authorities discontinued the EA qualification, she introduced Drama GCSE.
Sally has staged several whole school productions and Drama performances including Oliver and My Fair Lady and has been an examiner for AQA English Literature. She gained a Distinction in her Masters Degree in Education, and has both a BA and PGCE. She is also currently completing a TEFL qualification.
Sally currently runs the RBS A level English course at in Floral Street.
