Online virtual coffee morning for ballet teachers in the East of England.

National Youth Ballet, in partnership with DanceEast and Angela Rowe School of Dance, would like to invite ballet teachers from in and around the East of England to attend an online virtual coffee morning on Thursday 25 May at 11am.

As part of our commitment to increase our reach and support the talent pipeline across the UK, NYB is keen to get to know the many dedicated teachers doing great work, so we can complement and enhance the opportunities available to young dancers locally.

During the coffee morning teachers will have the chance to talk to NYB Creative Director Jo Meredith and discuss what they and their students would most like, and need, from a proposed one-day NYB Dancers’ Development Experience, scheduled to be delivered in Ipswich this October half term.

There will also be the opportunity to find out about all NYB activity including their exciting new Applied Ballet – All In! programme designed to explore how ballet can be taught in a more inclusive and accessible way.
