Emma Mollica

Emma Mollica has over 30 years’ experience delivering large-scale theatre, live events and broadcast projects for organisations including Metal Culture, MTV Networks Europe and Hat Trick Productions. She has led major cultural programmes such as Village Green Festival, Estuary Festival and Anthem for the London 2012 Cultural Olympics, involving over 1,500 young people.

Emma specialises in managing complex productions, bringing together artists, production teams and participants while creating inclusive, well-organised environments that support creativity and high-quality performance.

Most recently, she worked with English National Ballet at the London Coliseum, overseeing the welfare of young performers from Tring Park School for the Performing Arts during The Nutcracker and Sleeping Beauty. This experience strengthened her expertise in safeguarding and supporting young artists.

Emma is passionate about creating safe, collaborative environments where young people feel confident, supported and able to achieve their full potential.
