Grace Thompson

Training/Education: NYDC Summer school, Stopgap inclusive dance teacher training, BSL level 3 and Numerous CPD workshops. Level 3 First aid and mental health first aid.

Professional Experience: Grace is involved in a variety of ongoing projects, including the Disabled Artist Programme with Sadlers Wells, being part of the OneDance Ambassador scheme, and the National Youth Ballet: All In Steering group and Young Leader programme. Grace is also a qualified Equine assisted learning facilitator.
On top of this, Grace has historic experience in events such as, Duet performance at Sadlers Wells of ‘Romeo and Juliet’, Chichester Festival Theatre – Young/Assistant Practitioner, Research and development for Beyond the Binary, Youth conference host at CFT and Panelist for International Women’s day ‘Fizz and Feminism’ event.

Biggest Inspiration: “My biggest inspiration is my goal to change perspectives on dance and creativity, and to use dance for empowerment, understanding, and inclusivity.”
