Katie Eldridge
Katie (She/Her) is a project coordinator, working on projects that make the arts accessible and give as many people as possible the opportunity to engage with ballet. She took dance classes until the age of 18 and following an administrative internship with National Youth Ballet and a year as a Birmingham Royal Ballet LEAP Ambassador, where she assisted with the teaching of the Dance Track programme, Katie was ultimately inspired to pursue a career in outreach work within the arts. She was then successful in gaining an apprenticeship with Birmingham Royal Ballet and is currently Learning and Participation Apprentice, assisting with the coordination of the Dance Track programme and Ballet Repertoire workshops in Birmingham and on tour.
Her biggest inspiration is the people she works with and learns from.
