Katie Eldridge

Katie is a project coordinator with a passion for breaking down barriers to ballet and increasing access routes for young people to engage with the arts.

She was ultimately inspired to pursue a career in outreach work within the arts following an internship with National Youth Ballet and a year as a Birmingham Royal Ballet LEAP Ambassador, which then led to Katie completing a Learning and Participation Apprenticeship with BRB’s LEAP Team in 2023.

Katie is currently Dance Track Coordinator for BRB, where she coordinates the company’s flagship talent identification programme and works on projects that create opportunities for people of all backgrounds to experience the company and ballet.
