Natasha Britton BCA

Natasha is Founder and Artistic Director of Parable Dance and has specialised in inclusive dance since 2000. Her work focuses on creating high-quality opportunities for disabled and non-disabled dancers, alongside training and mentoring artists and organisations in inclusive practice.

Natasha has worked with schools, colleges, conservatoires, councils, theatres and arts organisations across the UK. Through her work with National Youth Ballet, she supports the development of inclusive practice and opportunities for disabled young dancers through the NYB All In! programme.

Natasha holds a BA (Hons) in Dance Theatre and a PGCE and has published widely on inclusive practice. Her work has been recognised with a British Citizen’s Award for Services to the Arts, the UK Coaching Coach Education Development Practitioner Award and a National Lifetime Achievement Award.
