Our vision is that young people will create the ballet of the future.

Rosie Mackley

Rosie (she/her) trained at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland on their BA Modern Ballet course in partnership with Scottish Ballet and then gained an MA in Dance Producing and Management.

She currently undertakes a diverse range of work, including in performance, choreography, teaching and producing for well-established organisations and individuals such as Aberdeen Performing Arts, The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, Ballet Folk, Fusion Youth Dance Company, Danscentre and Katie Armstrong Projects.

Whilst at university she toured with Scottish Ballet, won the choreographic competition and was awarded the prize upon graduation for best all-round student. Rosie was also selected to be a Young Creative with One Dance UK where she staged her work at the Royal Opera House Linbury Theatre and at the National Youth Dance Festival.

I am inspired by so many people I work with who are passionate and knowledgeable about what they do and advocate for positive change in the dance industry!
