National Youth Ballet is proud to announce that we will be hosting a trio of exciting Winter ballet workshops for young people aged 9 – 18 this term in Liverpool, Bath and London.

These energising and exciting workshops will be taught by industry leading teachers and facilitators to enhance young dancers’ performance skills. They will nurture their confidence, helping them to prepare for upcoming auditions and performances.  Classes are no more than 25 dancers per session. 

These workshops will give them the chance to grow as an artist and experience life as a National Youth Ballet Company dancer. We will fuel their passion and joy for dance by nurturing creativity!

These workshops include: 

Ballet Class – designed to focus not only on developing strong technique, but also on nurturing individual performance skills, helping dancers to showcase their abilities quickly in new environments.

NYB Repertoire – an opportunity to learn and embody sections of National Youth Ballet’s unique and exciting repertoire.

Creative Session – challenging and empowering dancers to explore their own creative voices and gain confidence when collaborating with others.

Moving Minds Introduction – a session dedicated to supporting and nurturing young dancers’ mindset, preparing them for all that lies ahead.

Sharing – a chance to present what they have worked on and share their new ideas with those closest to them.
