Chané Jacobs
Chané (she/her) has just completed her first year studying Costume Construction, a degree delivered in partnership with the Royal Ballet & Opera House and validated by UAL. During her first year, she developed skills in garment making, alterations, fittings, pattern cutting, and costume finishing, with a particular interest in historical tailoring and textile techniques. She enjoys working closely with performers and supporting them through fittings, alterations, and backstage needs, creating thoughtful, well‑made pieces that help dancers feel confident on stage. This summer, she joins National Youth Ballet as a Wardrobe Intern, supporting making week, the residential period, and performances. She is excited to contribute to the production and be part of a collaborative environment that nurtures young dancers.
