All In! Arts Council Funding Announcement

National Youth Ballet has been awarded an Arts Council England project grant to further develop their NYB All In! work. NYB All In! explores how ballet can be created and taught in an inclusive way, allowing more young dancers to access this beautiful art form.

Building on work developed alongside Parable Dance and South East Dance in the autumn of 2022 and the spring and summer of 2023, the work in 2024 will include:

• An NYB All In! day of ballet at Elmhurst Ballet School, Birmingham on Wednesday 14th August 

• NYB All In! Performance Intensive at South East Dance with a performance at Sadlers Wells
• Monthly inclusive ballet legacy classes at South East Dance
• An online NYB All In! performance project.

In addition we will be offering a relaxed performance of our Evolving Visions performance at the Crescent Theatre on Thursday 22nd August at 2.30pm. 

The direction and development of the NYB All In! work is supported by a dedicated steering group of industry professionals and young dancers with and without lived experience of disability.
